PRIVACY STATEMENT

This privacy statement applies to this website which is operated by The A’van Club of Australia Inc. under these domain names avanclubaust.org.au, tsuabulcnava.org.au and avanclub.org.au. This privacy statement explains how your personal information will be treated as you access and interact with The A’van Club of Australia Inc. website.

Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose of Club Correspondence, to and from, and for Web access validation. Selective membership details will be provided to Club Regional Co-ordinators such that they can contact you with information of regional events and/or their Regional newsletter.

Members should make sure that they receive all correspondence from the Club by making sure that the Club’s three domain names are added to their safe senders list. The actual method to do this is dependent on your email provider. This information should be available from your email provider, either via their website or their customer service agents.

4. SECURE INFORMATION TRANSMISSION

This site can provide encrypted transmission of information across the Internet. The use of HTTPS:// is required and is only (currently) available on tsuabulcnava.org.au (avanclubaust backwards).

Users should be aware that there are inherent risks transmitting information across the Internet. (Minimised with the use of HTTPS://)

Users have the responsibility to maintain their personal computerized devices with the latest software security revisions and utilize industry standard virus and security protection software. Users are also required to maintain strong passwords and not to disclose them to anyone.
